Chair of the Arkansas Bar Association’s Constitutional Drafting Task Force

Currently it is a great honor to serve as Chair of the Arkansas Bar Association’s Constitutional Drafting Task Force. Our charge is to develop a draft of a proposed Amendment to the Arkansas Constitution intended to implement the policy direction of the House of Delegates supporting what is commonly called “merit selection” of Justices to the Arkansas Supreme Court. Expect to complete our work shortly and present to the House of Delegates for review latter this Fall.
