Participated as coach in Arkansas training for the new State Employee Grievance Mediation Program

The Arkansas Legislature has passed a law requiring state agencies to implement a State Employee Grievance Mediation Program. Recently, the State provided a week's worth of mediation training to a special group of state employees who will act as mediators in cases processed through this program. On January 30, 2014, I spent the day facilitating the primary Trainer as a "role play coach" for select employees. Great exercise and learning for me.
