Soon To Be Certified As "Appellate Mediator" - Training Completed

The Arkansas Supreme Court - approved Pilot Appellate Mediation is still on-going but not used nearly as much as the cases warrant. Experience in the national Federal court system and in multiple states makes a clear record that appellate mediation is worth the effort. Recently I completed the training required by Arkansas' ADR Commission to participate in this Pilot. Will update once my "Appellate Mediation" status is posted on the ADR Roster.
