All mediations conducted by Comstock Conflict Resolution Services will comply with any applicable laws or requirements of the jurisdiction where the mediation takes place.   In any event, Comstock Conflict Resolution Services will always govern itself by The Requirements for the Conduct of Mediation and Mediators issued by the Arkansas Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission.
